Responsibilities

• Support medication administration following proper protocols and documentation procedures
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
• Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times

Skills

• Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home environments is highly valued
• Strong background in senior care and working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is preferred
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols and caregiving best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
• Ability to perform cleaning, meal preparation, and home care duties efficiently
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to clients’ needs
• Ability to work independently while following care plans and safety guidelines

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
