Personal Support Worker (PSW) Casual – 1:1 Client Care Make a meaningful difference every day. We provide 1:1 care to clients with physical, medical, or memory impairments wherever they call home—including family homes, retirement communities, and hospitals.

Job Responsibilities

• Companionship: Provide social stimulation, conversation, and mental engagement.
• Active Living: Initiate and promote physical activity tailored to the client's abilities.
• Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals as needed.
• Personal Care: Prompt clients with their routine and assist directly with personal care.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean environment (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry).
• Outings & Appointments: Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.

Position Requirements

• Current certification in Standard First Aid and CPR.
• Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check, including the Vulnerable Sector Screen (copy required).
