Personal Trainer

We are now accepting applications for the following position:

PERSONAL TRAINER

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Conduct individual personal training sessions and group fitness classes.
• Perform fitness assessments and evaluate clients' current health and fitness levels.
• Design customized exercise programs tailored to clients' goals and abilities.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and technique, providing modifications when appropriate.
• Educate clients on the safe and effective use of fitness equipment.
• Monitor, track, and evaluate client progress, adjusting programs as needed.
• Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness practices, and nutrition fundamentals.
• Build strong, professional relationships that encourage client engagement, retention, and success. • Promote personal training services, fitness packages, and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with all facility safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Complete a minimum of five (5) group fitness sessions per week.
• Support overall fitness center operations and perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach.
• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Recognized Personal Training certification preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, training principles, and injury prevention.
• Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and engage a wide range of clients.

Hourly Wage: KYD$6.56 - KYD$8.00 Per Hour + gratuities
