ALLFIT are on the lookout for a dedicated Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team at our new Newmarket club! We pride ourselves on our energising atmosphere, member-focused approach, and supportive community.

About Us:

ALLFIT offers more than just a regular gym environment; we provide a unique experience for our members like no other gym in Auckland. With 5 clubs in Auckland, we're committed to promoting long-term health benefits, both mentally and physically for our members. Our newly opening Newmarket Club is one of the biggest 247 clubs in the area, with top-of-the-line Technogym cardio equipment from Italy and Watson Strength equipment from Great Britain. The first gym brand in New Zealand to offer both under one roof.

What We're Looking For:

We need a passionate Personal Trainer who can take advantage of our high membership base and build their thriving business with plentiful opportunities.  If you're a hard worker, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with a strong focus on member satisfaction, you might be the perfect fit. We value teamwork, and our team is not only hardworking but also incredibly fun-loving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a positive club culture.
• Engage with members, understand their goals, and motivate them.
• Make yourself available to take member inductions to potentially gain new clients.
• Represent the ALLFIT brand with pride and professionalism whilst successfully managing your own business.

Requirements:

• Level 4 or 5 Certificate in Personal Training or relevant Sport and Exercise Qualification.
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Previous personal training experience (preferred but not essential)
