- Provide training based on clients' goals and fitness levels
- Create safe and effective workout sessions
- Arrive on time and follow the assigned schedule
- Maintain professional communication and service with clients
- Bring and take care of training equipment
- Track client progress and provide basic session reports
- Follow company SOP and training standards
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Attend team meetings and internal training when required
- Coordinate all schedules, payments, and administrative matters through Admin
