What they need
About the role
We are an award-winning boutique gym in the Star Street area of Wanchai. We are looking to add a Personal Trainer to our team to work during the morning shift, which starts at 8:00 AM, or for our night shift, which ends at 10:00 PM. This role offers base salary, commissions and discretionary bonuses.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients
- Conduct gym tours
- Perform fitness assessments
- Develop customized training programmes for clients
- Provide 1:1 personal training
- Create and conduct small group classes
- Provide excellent hospitality and customer services
- Observe gym users to ensure safety and proper conduct
- Maintain facilities
- Address issues promptly and in a professional manner
About you
- Certified personal trainer
- Good English language ability
- Sound technical knowledge
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Experienced in creating customized training programmes
- Passionate, loyal and committed
- Friendly, confident and sociable
- Professional attitude
- Team player
- Desire to learn and improve
