Personal Trainer

Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and professional Personal Trainers and Group Class Instructors to join our team at Cubic Fitness. You will deliver high-quality PT and HIIT classes, create structured programs, and engage members to achieve their fitness goals. This role requires energy, accountability, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Personal Training (PT) classes at the highest standards.
• Teach HIIT classes at the highest standards and ensure all classes meet group class guidelines.
• Create mesocycles and monthly targets using the CUBIC structure and SMART goal-setting model; update plans within the first 3 days of each month.
• Produce your own programming that suits group class guidelines.
• Introduce new class formats based on member feedback and fitness trends.
• Provide safe, effective classes suitable for all fitness levels.
• Engage and build strong relationships with clients inside and outside of classes.
• Be punctual, accountable, and maintain a friendly, professional personality.
• Maintain a high level of personal fitness and actively promote a healthy and active lifestyle
• Teach minimum 3–10 classes per week depending on grade (Junior, Senior, Elite) and class type (PT or HIIT).

Qualifications:

• Minimum certifications: NSCA / ACE / NASM (additional certificates and experience are a bonus but not mandatory for the right candidate).
• Ability to create structured programs and adapt to client needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client engagement ability.
• Reliable, professional, and passionate about fitness.

• The Cubic Fitness, G Floor, President Tower, Phloenchit Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok
• Cubic Emsphere, 4th Floor, EmSphere Tower, Sukhumvit Road,Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok (ใกล้ BTS พร้อมพงษ์)
• The Cubic Fitness, BTS Visionary Park, Phahonyothin Rd, Chom Phon, Chatuchak, Bangkok (ใกล้ BTS หมอชิต)

Commission: 600-1,200 Baht/Class (excluding bonuses based on class attendance)
