Role Overview

As a FitTitanSG Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for coaching clients through customised training programmes, conducting fitness assessments, tracking progress, and providing a safe, motivating, and professional training experience.

You will work with clients who may have different goals, including fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, general fitness, body transformation, beginner fitness, and lifestyle improvement.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Conduct client consultations and understand fitness goals, lifestyle, exercise history, injuries, and preferences.

• Design personalised workout programmes based on client goals, ability, and safety needs.

• Deliver 1-to-1 personal training sessions at agreed locations, partner gyms, condo gyms, outdoor spaces, or online.

• Guide clients on proper exercise technique, form, intensity, progression, and recovery.

• Track client progress through measurements, performance benchmarks, photos, or fitness assessments.

• Provide motivation, accountability, and professional support throughout the client journey.

• Educate clients on basic fitness habits, training consistency, and healthy lifestyle practices.

• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding schedules, progress, and training expectations.

• Follow FitTitanSG’s service standards, code of conduct, safety protocols, and client privacy requirements.

• Update client session records and attendance where required.

• Report incidents, injuries, complaints, or client concerns promptly to FitTitanSG.

• Maintain valid certifications and continue improving professional knowledge.

*Salary/Compensation*

• S$50-S$90 per session, depending on experience, certification, client package, and trainer tier.

• Higher rates for specialist trainers: S$90-S$130+ per session.

• ⁠Package-based pricing for permanent clients

*Requirements*

Minimum requirements:

• Recognised Personal Trainer certification such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF, ISSA, FIT Asia ACE-CPT, or equivalent.

• Valid CPR + AED certification.

• At least 1 year of personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of exercise technique, programme design, and client safety.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Preferred qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, or related field.

• Experience with weight loss, strength training, body transformation, senior fitness, postpartum fitness, corrective exercise, or sports performance.

• Standard First Aid certification.

• Existing portfolio, testimonials, transformation photos, or client reviews.

• Ability to coach in multiple languages is a plus.

Pay: $50.00 - $130.00 per hour
