Personal Trainer

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Personal Trainer who can conduct personalised training sessions and help members achieve their fitness goals through structured and effective workouts.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions for members.
• Understand individual fitness goals and create customized workout plans.
• Guide members on strength, conditioning, mobility, and functional fitness.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form and technique.
• Track and monitor members' progress.
• Modify workout plans based on individual requirements and progress.
• Motivate members and maintain a positive training environment.
• Ensure safety and proper exercise practices during every session.
• Build strong relationships with members and deliver an excellent experience.
• Support Game Theory's fitness initiatives, events, and wellness activities when required.

What We're Looking For

• Certification in Personal Training / Fitness Training is preferred.
• 13 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of strength training, conditioning, mobility, and functional fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, approachable, and passionate about fitness.
• Ability to work with people across different fitness levels.
• Strong focus on member experience and safety.
