We are currently looking for a Personal Trainer who is passionate about coaching, values professionalism, and wants to grow within a supportive, high-performance environment.

The Role

As an Anatomy coach, you will deliver high-quality personal training and small group training sessions, support members on the gym floor, and contribute to the overall culture and experience of the gym. You will coach with intention, prioritize safety and technique, and help members build strength, confidence, and consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver one-to-one personal training sessions focused on strength, movement quality, and long-term progress
• Coach small group training sessions to Anatomy standards
• Create structured, thoughtful programs tailored to individual client goals
• Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor, supporting members and upholding coaching standards
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients
• Educate clients on technique, injury prevention, and sustainable training habits
• Collaborate with the Anatomy coaching team to maintain a consistent, high-level experience
• Contribute positively to gym culture, professionalism, and community

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Personal Trainer (or currently completing certification)
• Strong foundation in strength training and movement mechanics
• Confident coaching presence with excellent communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and high attention to detail
• Client-focused mindset with genuine care for people
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Willingness to grow, learn, and be coached
• CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
