Personal Trainer

HardKnox Astoria is a fight-camp inspired fitness studio built around boxing, martial arts, and high-energy training. We are looking for a certified Personal Trainer to join our team and work one-on-one with our members across fitness, boxing, Muay Thai, and self-defense.

This is a hands-on coaching role. If you are passionate about functional training, know how to build a program with intention, and can meet members at every level — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Working one-on-one with HardKnox members to build personalized training programs that incorporate fitness, boxing, Muay Thai, and self-defense fundamentals. You'll assess each client's goals, design structured progressions, and deliver sessions that are safe, effective, and results driven.

What We're Looking For

• Current personal training certification required (NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent)
• Experience in fitness training and program design
• Experience in boxing, Muay Thai, or martial arts-based training
• Ability to program for a wide range of clients — beginner to advanced, youth to adult
• Strong assessment and program design skills
• Confident coaching presence — clear communication, attentive, and client focused
• Reliable, professional, and coachable
• Passionate about building long-term client relationships

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $75.00 per hour
