About Forte Fitness

Forte Fitness is a personal training company contracted to Anytime Fitness Gawler and Anytime Fitness Gawler Green. We operate across both clubs, which means our trainers get access to two fully equipped facilities serving the wider Gawler community. Most PTs are locked into one location. Our team works across both, which opens up more scheduling flexibility, a bigger client pool, and a genuine advantage when it comes to building your hours quickly.

• Guaranteed $45+ per hour from day one and progress to higher rates (up to $60 per hour)

What the role actually looks like

You'll work alongside an experienced coach who will guide you through the onboarding process, help fill your calendar with paying clients, and share everything they know about building a successful PT career. This is not a role where you're handed a key and left to figure it out. You'll have genuine support, a growing client base, and the tools to build real income fast.

Personal training demand across our Gawler locations is strong and consistent. Trainers who come in with the right attitude and a commitment to their clients tend to build full schedules quickly.

What we're looking for

You don't need years of experience to apply. What matters more is the right attitude. We want someone who is passionate about coaching, honest with their clients and their team, and genuinely driven to grow. If you care about getting people results and you're willing to put in the work, the rest is something we can build together.

Cert III or IV in Fitness is required (or actively working toward completion).
