Role Description

This is a contract role for a Personal Trainer based on-site in Johannesburg. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting individualized fitness programs, leading group classes, and providing expert advice on fitness and nutrition. Additional responsibilities include instructing clients on proper exercise techniques, delivering motivational coaching, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients at all fitness levels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
• Experience with Circuit Training and guiding clients through structured routines
• Skills in Nutrition and the ability to create sustainable diet plans
• Expertise in Sports Coaching and motivating clients to reach their fitness goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships
• Relevant certifications in fitness training and nutrition are required
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and making a positive impact in clients' lives
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to the dynamic nature of the fitness industry
