Thrive Fitness Studio is a small business in Frisco, TX that specializes in Personal Training and other wellness services. Our goal is to Inspire and Motivate individuals to become the best version of themselves through fitness..

We are looking for experienced Trainers & Coaches with an already established roster of clients. We do not provide trainers with a full schedule of clients so please do not apply if you do not have clients at the moment.

At Thrive Fitness Studio, we offer a state of the art facility for you to grow your business and reach your earning potential. Our coaches set their own schedule, charge their own rates and pay the gym a percentage of their sales as "rent". We are an Independent Trainer facility that caters to experienced trainers that want to maximize their income.

Job Title: Independent Personal Trainer

Duties:

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels
• Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and preferences
• Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
• Motivate and support clients during training sessions to help them achieve their fitness goals
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
• Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide dietary recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized training area

Experience:

• Previous experience in personal training or a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential
• CPR/AED certification is required
