We’re Hiring – Mobile Personal Trainer / Support Worker

Squire Coaching PT Pty Ltd is looking for a casual Personal Trainer / Support Worker to join our growing team across Geelong, Bellarine and surrounding areas.

We work with NDIS participants through a mix of personal training, movement, community access and support work. Our sessions can look different for everyone — gym sessions, walks, sport, swimming, boxing, getting out in the community or simply working towards building more confidence and independence.

The role

You’ll be working 1:1 with NDIS participants in their homes, local parks, gyms and out in the community.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Qualified in Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
• Reliable and has their own transport
• Patient, friendly and comfortable working with people with disability
• Confident working independently
• Open to both Personal Training and Support Work
• Experience working with NDIS participants is a bonus, but not essential

You don't need to come from a traditional support work background. We’re a team made up of fitness professionals who use movement, exercise and genuine relationships to support our participants.
