Transformation Personal Training is Asheville's premier private personal training studio. We specialize in concierge-style, one-on-one coaching delivered in a high-end environment, complete with top-tier equipment and a dedicated Recovery Suite featuring a steam sauna and cold plunge in a private cedar room.

What sets us apart is our advanced, in-house nutrition systems, available exclusively to Transformation Personal Training clients. Each client receives a fully customized nutrition program built on body composition data, lifestyle, and individual goals, giving our trainers a powerful tool to deliver results that go far beyond the training floor.

The Role

As a Personal Trainer at Transformation, you will do more than lead workouts. You will serve as a coach, mentor, and motivator. You will design safe, effective, and inspiring training programs, build customized nutrition programs tailored to each client's goals, and help clients integrate recovery and mindset into their fitness journey.

This is a full-time position. Once a trainer reaches Signature Trainer status, they are expected to maintain a schedule of more than 30 client sessions per week. We are seeking a committed professional ready to build a thriving, full-time career with us.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base through exceptional service and measurable results.
• Design and implement personalized fitness programs grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Develop customized nutrition programs that complement each client's training, goals, and lifestyle.
• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and track client progress over time.
• Deliver inspiring one-on-one training sessions that prioritize safety, effectiveness, and motivation.
• Provide guidance on recovery, nutrition, stress management, and mindset coaching.
• Stay current on certifications, training methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized studio environment.
• Contribute to studio culture by fostering positivity and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 or more years of personal training experience (preferred).
• Accredited certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred, not required).
• Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and program design.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• An energetic, professional, and coachable mindset with a genuine passion for fitness.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive pay of $30 to $45 per hour.
