Personal Trainer

We are looking for the right person to join our team of professional trainers here at MindWeaver Fitness. Be a part of an environment committed to helping all members and employees develop into their best selves.

The Job:

You will be conducting fitness consultations and building a clientele here at MindWeaver. Design state of the art fitness programs for members who hire you as a trainer. The majority of the job is servicing personal training sessions and providing our members with top level service and customer care.

The Team:

MindWeaver is a locally owned and operated fitness facility in Chapel Hill. The personal training staff consists mostly of combat athletes who are also interested in strength and physical fitness training. All of the current staff does Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, or some combination of those. If you aren't doing those things yet then don't let that stop you from joining the team. We will have a good time trying to talk you into it.

What we are looking for:

We need someone with a lot of energy who is ready to hustle in order to make a living in exercise. An ability to operate in a team is a must. Honesty, and integrity are the key attributes we are looking for here. If you are able to listen and learn then we will make sure are successful.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
