We are looking for energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic Group Fitness Trainers to help instruct our HIIT training classes

Benefits:

• Free classes during application period
• Ability to make $55 per class
• Ability to work for the premiere Fitness Group Class in the DMV

Qualifications:

• Required Certifications: CPR, NSAM, or current Fitness/Group Mastery Equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in the performing arts is a plus
• Provide the ultimate F45 Training Experience
• Collaborate with F45 Trainer on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Perform member consultations and sign up new members
• Create a clean, organized energetic, fun atmosphere

Salary: Potential to earn up to $55 per class on an incremental scale accrued per class participant

F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience.

The ideal candidate has a passion for health and fitness and has mastered the skills of exercise, motivation, multi-tasking, and brings a contagious energy. • Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class.
• Perform member consultations and sign up new members.
• Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged.
• Able to perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed.
• Create a clean, organized, energetic, fun atmosphere
• Current Fitness Certifications Required:

NASM or Current Fitness/Group Mastery Equivalent

• Current CPR Certification A Must

Job Type: Part-time/Full Time available

Salary: Potential to earn up to $55 per class
