IMS Fitness Center is looking for a dependable part-time personal trainer to join our private studio in Scripps Ranch as client demand grows.

Most of our clients are adults 50+. Our focus is individualized one-on-one strength and mobility training, with exercises adapted to each client's abilities and joint range of motion. You'll work collaboratively with owner Jason Patterson within the IMS method.

What you'll do

• Coach safe, focused one-on-one strength and mobility sessions.

• Adapt exercises and progressions to each client's abilities, goals, and movement capacity.

• Track client progress and communicate clearly with clients and the IMS team.

• Help keep the training space organized and ready for sessions.

What we're looking for

• Current personal-training certification.

• Current CPR/AED certification.

• Dependability, clear communication, and a patient coaching style.

• Ability to individualize exercises and work collaboratively within the IMS method.

• Hands-on experience coaching adults 50+ is preferred.

Pay and schedule

• Part-time W-2 employment.

• $30–$35 per hour for all hours worked, based on relevant experience and ability to deliver individualized coaching within the IMS method.

• We're particularly interested in recurring availability within 6–10 a.m. or 4–7 p.m.

• Work will be scheduled in booked blocks. Specific days and weekly hours will be discussed with candidates.
