Personal Trainer

Position Summary:

As a Fitness Coach at SANAMethod you are the most visible member of the business, driving the energy of the location and curating our member’s experience with SANAMethod.

This role requires a ‘people person’ who can remember names and faces – the successful candidate will bring a positive attitude and energy into work every day.

This role requires a high level of personal presentation and punctuality and a minimum of Cert III in Fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new members for strength training on our BioCircuit.
• Working with existing members to assist them in executing their workouts and achieving their health goals.
• Maintain the location to ensure that it’s clean, tidy and presentable and replenish supplies when needed such as water, paper towel and toilet paper.
• Depending on shift – open the location and unlock doors etc. or close and lock doors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of Cert III in Fitness, preferably Cert IV.
• Excellent presentation, punctuality and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with members without over engaging.

Working Environment:

This role is in our Maroochydore QLD location working in our professional gym setting.
