Personal Trainer - Full-Time

Your Role:

• Build and maintain a Personal Training client base
• Conduct consultations, fitness assessments and goalsetting sessions
• Design and deliver safe, effective and resultsdriven training programs
• Develop strong professional relationships with members and clients
• Promote and sell Personal Training programs and services
• Track client progress and maintain required documentation
• Meet established clientservice, sales and performance expectations

Our Standard:

We're looking for professional, dependable and motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to build relationships and generate business.

Personal Training experience and a nationally accredited certification are preferred, but certification is not required to apply.

Candidates actively pursuing a fitness-related degree or nationally accredited Personal Training certification may be considered for a short-term internship while completing their education or certification requirements. URGE provides access to partner credentialing organizations, including NASM, with discounted certification opportunities.

CPR/AED certification must be obtained within URGE-established timeframes.

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position. Personal Training is a client-driven business, and availability during high-demand periods—including early mornings, evenings and weekends—may be required.
