Lalor Football Club

Personal Trainer Role | Hyde Park, SA
No Rent. Leads Handed To You. A Coach Behind You.
Area: Hyde Park, SA
Basis: Casual
Pay rate: $40.17 to $55/hr plus super plus commission, rate based on ongoing client hours
Starting: Immediate
Hours: Build to 20 to 30+ paid hours/week
Here Is What You Actually Get
Fair reaction. So here is exactly what is on the table, no fine print:
A diary that fills itself. Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.
Mentoring that pays for itself. A coach with 15+ years in the game helping you turn trials into ongoing clients, every single week.
Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.
Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.
Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.
Coaching Is the Job. The Rest Should Not Be Your Problem.
Coaching is why you are here. Not sales scripts, not rent, not endless admin.
Not to waste it on:
<ul>
<li>Chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent two hours prepping their free session</li>
<li>Lose good prospects because there was no one to follow up while you were coaching</li>
<li>Carry all the risk yourself with nobody in your corner when it gets hard</li>
<li>Most trainers burn out in six months because the business side kills them before they ever get good at coaching.</li>
</ul>
Jamie Fitness exists to take all of that off your plate.
Where Is the Catch?
There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:
<ul>
<li>Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.</li>
<li>Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.</li>
<li>Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.</li>
<li>Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.</li>
<li>Not everyone fits this, and we are okay with that. We want people who want to be great at the coaching part.</li>
</ul>
A Week In This Role
You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. Your mentor helped you close five new clients onto ongoing packages this month. Your hours are climbing, your rate is climbing, and you have not spent a dollar of your own money to make it happen.
That is what the week looks like.
