PT Role | Barragup

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Barragup. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What we are looking for

• Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
• Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
• A Working with Children Check by the time you start
• Pay

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

• $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
• $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
• $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
• Rent and support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

The role

• Coach each client one-to-one.
• Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
• Follow our coaching and admin systems.
• Attend mentoring and team workshops.
