Personal Trainer | Mentone

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Mentone, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

What you will do

• Attend mentoring and team workshops.
• Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
• Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
• Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
• Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
• Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
• A Working with Children Check by the time you start
• Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

• $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
• $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
• $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
