Personal Trainer - Subcontractor

We are seeking a qualified Personal Trainer to deliver face to face personal training sessions to our clients.

This is a hands on, client facing role with ZERO administrative responsibilities.

All client programming, check ins, nutrition support and ongoing management will be handled by the Bodies By Madie team.

Your sole responsibility will be to deliver exceptional personal training sessions, ensuring clients feel supported, confident and challenged throughout their workouts.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF you are currently running your own personal training business OR want to in the future. We are looking for someone to grow within the brand long term.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high quality, face to face personal training sessions.
• Guide clients through their prescribed training programs.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct technique and execution.
• Provide hands on coaching, encouragement and motivation.
• Assist clients with appropriate exercise modifications when required.
• Ensure clients are training safely and effectively.
• Create a welcoming, supportive and positive training environment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and client care.

ABOUT YOU

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent recognised qualifications).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong understanding of strength training and exercise technique.
• Confident coaching clients through gym based training sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable and energetic personality.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Passionate about women's health, strength and fitness.
• Current ABN and ability to invoice as a subcontractor (including applicable insurances)

Highly Regarded

• Experience training female clients.
• Strong knowledge of hypertrophy and glute focused training.
• Experience coaching beginners through to experienced gym goers.
• Ability to create a comfortable and encouraging training environment.
