Lalor Football Club

Personal Trainer Position | North Bondi, NSW
**No Rent. A Booked Diary. Coaching That Backs You.**
Area: North Bondi, NSW
Basis: Casual
Pay rate: from $40.17 to $55/hr depending on your ongoing client hours, plus super and commission
Starting: Immediate
Hours: Climb to 20 to 30+ paid hours each week

Coaching Is the Job. The Rest Should Not Be Your Problem.

Coaching is why you are here. Not sales scripts, not rent, not endless admin.
Not to:

Watch your best clients leave because you had no time to actually program for them

Hand over rent every week before you have earned a single dollar back

Carry all the risk yourself with nobody in your corner when it gets hard

Talented coaches quit every week, not because they are bad at it, but because the model is stacked against them.
**Jamie Fitness exists to take all of that off your plate.**

The One Condition

There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:

**Coachable.** You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.

**Consistent.** You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.

**Structured.** You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.

Not everyone fits this, and we are okay with that. We want people who want to be great at the coaching part.

Everything You Walk Into

Yeah. We hear that from every trainer who applies. Here is what you actually get:
**Your own PT assistant.** Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.
**A real client app.** Messaging, appointments, programming, health stats and nutrition, all in one place.
**Done for you systems.** Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.
**No marketing to run.** We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.
**No rent. Ever.** Keep what you earn from session one.

Here Is Your Average Week

You turn up and the diary is full and confirmed. Reminders and follow ups are already sent. Your mentor just helped you move five trials onto ongoing packages. Your hours grow, your pay grows, and none of it cost you a cent.
**That is what the week looks like.**

Who Fits This Role

Cert III and IV in Fitness, or close to finishing

Strength focused training for everyday people

First Aid, CPR and a WWCC sorted

Ready to build something that actually lasts
