The Personal Training Manager/Director oversees the training department by hiring the right personal training staff and personally giving assessments to new Fitness Members. The goal is to build a successful team with the help of master trainers, and personal training sales counselors. This is achieved by leading, guiding, training and developing your team for maximum results in sales. The personal training director is in charge of selling training packages for new and existing members. Also, to drive sales revenue for PT department. Must have a great personality, great communication skills and love the fitness industry!
