Personal Training Position | Beeac

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Beeac. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

• $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
• $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
• $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
• Your availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

The role

Follow our coaching and admin systems. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.

Requirements

• Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
• Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
• A Working with Children Check by the time you start
• Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
