Personal Trainer | Jamie Fitness, Formartin

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Formartin. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What it pays

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

• $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
• $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
• $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
• Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Day to day

• Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
• Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
• Follow our coaching and admin systems.
• Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
• Your availability
• Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
• Two mornings each week
• These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
