Personal Trainer Wanted | Parkhurst

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Parkhurst, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

• Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
• 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
• 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
• Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What the role involves

Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Work within our coaching and administration processes.
