Personal Training Position | Sabine

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Sabine, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What the role involves

• Help interested people understand what the training involves.
• Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
• Follow our coaching and admin systems.
• Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
• Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What we provide

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

• Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
• 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
• 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
