Personal Training Position | Springside

PT Role | Springside

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Springside who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What you will need

• Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
• Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
• A Working with Children Check by the time you start
• Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

• Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
• 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
• 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
• Rent and support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

The role

• Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
• Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
• Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
• Help interested people understand what the training involves.
