Personality Development Trainer – FoxBrain

Location: Shakti Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Working Hours

Weekdays (Monday, Wednesday–Friday): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct engaging personality development, communication skills, and public speaking sessions for students.

Train students in confidence building, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and effective communication.

Help learners improve both verbal and non-verbal communication.

Prepare lesson plans, activities, and interactive training sessions according to students’ age and learning levels.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Motivate and mentor students to achieve their personal development goals.

Maintain attendance records and training reports.

Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

Create a positive, energetic, and supportive classroom environment.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Strong command of spoken English, pronunciation, grammar, and presentation skills.

Experience working with children is preferred, especially with students in the 5–15 years age group.

Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and personality development.

Confident, enthusiastic, patient, and student-focused approach.

Ability to engage and communicate effectively with young learners.

Must be comfortable working on weekends as per the schedule.
