Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for the Director and/or assigned passengers.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the Director to and from residence, office, meetings, appointments and other assigned destinations.
• Plan routes in advance to ensure punctual arrival and avoid unnecessary delays.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, presentable and in good working condition.
• Monitor vehicle servicing schedules, road tax, insurance and general maintenance requirements.
• Carry out daily checks on the vehicle, including fuel level, tyres and other basic vehicle conditions.
• Assist with company errands, document collection/delivery or other driving-related duties when required.
• Be available for overtime, weekends or public holidays when required, subject to work arrangements.
• Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Director or Management.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.
• Previous experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver or Company Driver is preferred.
• Familiar with roads and routes within Klang Valley, especially Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.
• Able to use Waze/Google Maps effectively.
• Punctual, disciplined, trustworthy and responsible.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's personal and business matters.
• Flexible with working hours and willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English will be an advantage.
• Candidates residing in or around Kota Kemuning/Shah Alam will be an added advantage.
