About this position:

iWorks is seeking a Junior Personnel Security Adjudicator to support personnel security and vetting operations. The selected candidate will review investigative information, assess security-related data, manage personnel security cases, and support eligibility determination processes.

• This position is contingent upon contract award.

Salary Range: 63k-73k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Review and evaluate background investigation information and related documentation.
• Analyze security-related information to support eligibility determinations.
• Maintain personnel security case files and records.
• Conduct case tracking and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding personnel security matters.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and case documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable security policies and procedures.

Required Education/Qualifications:

• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 3 years of personnel security, adjudications, investigations, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting government personnel security programs.
• Experience reviewing investigative or suitability information.
• Familiarity with personnel security databases and case management systems.
