Responsibilities

• Work directly with licensed technicians on residential and commercial service calls.
• Learn and execute safe, state-compliant pest inspection and treatment techniques.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with home and business owners.
• Operate and maintain service equipment, company vehicles, and safety gear.
• Commit to ongoing study and skill acquisition to complete Texas state apprentice licensing requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Military Background Welcomed: Veterans, Reserve, and National Guard personnel are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Capability: Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather conditions, carry up to 50 lbs, and climb stairs.
• Integrity & Trustworthiness: Clean background check (FBI fingerprinting) and drug screening required.
• Punctuality & Drive: Dependable transportation, strong attendance habits, and a long-term career mindset.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
