About the Role

We are looking for a Flex Technician to join our growing pest control team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, hands-on individual who enjoys variety, working with customers, and having the ability to significantly increase their earnings through sales.

The Flex Technician will work closely with the Operations Lead to support the day-to-day needs of the company. This position will perform residential sales inspections, complete specialty and intensive pest-control services, assist with termite-related work, and handle a variety of field assignments that don't fit neatly into a traditional technician role.

This is an ideal position for someone who wants to be more than a route technician and is interested in developing both their technical and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential pest control sales inspections and identify customer needs.
• Recommend appropriate pest management solutions and generate new service sales.
• Perform termite-related services and assist with termite inspections, treatments, and follow-up work.
• Complete intensive pest-control services and specialty treatments.
• Handle miscellaneous field jobs, service calls, and operational "odd jobs" as needed.
• Assist with challenging or higher-priority customer issues.
• Work closely with the Operations Lead on daily scheduling and service coordination.
• Respond to inbound sales opportunities and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service.
• Document inspections, services performed, recommendations, and sales accurately.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and materials in a professional manner.
• Follow all company safety procedures, pest-control regulations, and treatment protocols.
• Step into different areas of the business as needed to help keep operations running efficiently.

Experience

Preferred, but not required:

• Previous pest control experience
• Termite experience
• Residential sales or in-home sales experience
• State pest-control license or certification
• Experience with inspections or service recommendations
