We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pest Control Manager to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise pest control operations and personnel
- Conduct site inspections and prepare service recommendations
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
- Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare operational reports and documentation
About you
- Must be a certified Pest Control Applicator
- College graduate
- At least three (3) years experience in a reputable pest control company
- Must be good in written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate
- Must know how to drive a four-wheel vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
