Job Purpose

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the complete pest control operations, ensuring timely service delivery, technician productivity, customer satisfaction, quality standards, and operational profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management
• Plan and monitor daily pest control service schedules.
• Ensure all customer services are completed on time.
• Allocate technicians zone-wise based on workload and location.
• Manage emergency, complaint, and repeat-service requirements.
• Avoid service delays, cancellations, and unnecessary postponements.
• Technician Management
• Supervise pest control technicians and field officers.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and daily performance.
• Ensure technicians follow proper service procedures and safety standards.
• Identify manpower shortages and coordinate with HR for recruitment.
• Conduct regular training and toolbox meetings.
• Service Quality & Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure services are performed according to company SOPs.
• Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct random service quality audits and site inspections.
• Track customer feedback, ratings, repeat complaints, and service failures.
• Ensure proper chemical application and documentation.
• MIS & Reporting
• Ensure daily service MIS is updated accurately.
• Monitor completed, pending, postponed, and cancelled services.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly operations reports to management.
• Track technician productivity and revenue generated per technician.
• Maintain records of chemicals, equipment, glue traps, and other materials.
• CRM / Field Application
• Ensure technicians and Operations Executives update the CRM/field application correctly.
• Monitor attendance, service status, customer feedback, and service reports.
• Ensure no service activity is missed from the system.
• Revenue & Cost Control
• Monitor operational revenue and service productivity.
• Reduce manpower idle time, unnecessary travel, chemical wastage, and repeat visits.
• Coordinate with BDM/Business Support for pending quotations and service requirements.
• Support management in improving operational profitability.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of pest control chemicals.
• Ensure technicians use required PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain chemical usage and service documentation.
• Ensure operations comply with applicable pest control and safety requirements.
• Team Coordination
• Coordinate with BDM, Business Support, HR, Accounts, and Operations Executives.
• Ensure smooth communication between sales and operations.
• Confirm new client requirements before service commencement.
• Escalate major operational issues to the MD/Business Head immediately.

• Strong team leadership and field-management skills
• Good knowledge of pest control services and chemicals
• Knowledge of General Pest Control, Termite, Rodent, Cockroach, Bed Bug, Mosquito and AMC services

Authority & Accountability

The Operations Manager will be fully accountable for daily pest control service execution, technician performance, service quality, customer complaints, operational MIS, manpower utilization, and overall operations performance.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
