We are looking for a reliable and responsible Pest Control Route Technician to join our team.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in learning a new trade and building a long-term career. No previous pest control experience is required — full training will be provided.

You will be assigned a route of residential buildings and travel to different locations throughout the day to perform inspections and pest control services.

Pay & Schedule

• $18–$20 per hour
• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Monthly car reimbursement for using your own vehicle
• Paid training

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned residential buildings and locations
• Follow a daily route and schedule
• Perform routine inspections and pest control services
• Knock on tenants’ doors and determine if service is needed
• Communicate with tenants and building management
• Follow up on pest control concerns and service requests
• Apply pest control treatments according to company training and procedures
• Report issues and additional service needs to management
• Keep accurate records of completed visits and services
• Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with tenants and building management
• Able to travel between multiple locations during the workday
• Own vehicle is a plus
