Pest Control Sales Representative Job Summary

Formix Pest Control is a growing local pest control company built around doing things differently. We're looking for motivated, outgoing Sales Representatives to help us grow throughout Utah County.

This is not a traditional pest control sales job where you're expected to lock customers into year-long contracts and rely entirely on commission.

Instead, our sales representatives introduce homeowners to Formix by offering them a free initial pest control treatment with no long-term commitment required. Your job is to find interested homeowners, explain the offer, and get their free service scheduled.

You'll earn a guaranteed hourly wage while you're working, plus bonuses when customers you sign up choose to continue service with Formix after their free initial treatment.

Experience

• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Door-to-door, pest control, solar, alarms, roofing, or other direct sales experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable approaching and talking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Competitive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Pest control experience is not required — we'll teach you what you need to know

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners throughout assigned areas in Utah County
• Introduce homeowners to Formix Pest Control and explain our free initial treatment offer
• Schedule qualified homeowners for their free initial pest control service
• Clearly explain what Formix offers without using misleading or high-pressure sales tactics
• Accurately collect and submit customer information
• Represent Formix professionally while working in neighborhoods
• Follow up with potential customers when appropriate
• Work with our service team to create a smooth experience from signup through the initial treatment
• Meet individual and team performance goals

Schedule

Monday–Saturday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
