Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Technicians at both entry-level and experienced levels to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with homeowners and businesses, providing inspections, treatments, and preventative solutions. This is a hands-on role where technical skill, customer service, and attention to detail are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Serve residential and commercial customers across Seattle, Eastside, and the South Tacoma–Everett corridor
• Conduct inspections to identify pest issues and recommend solutions
• Apply treatments safely and effectively according to industry standards
• Perform preventative maintenance and follow-up services
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain company vehicles in a presentable condition inside and out
• Work independently without direct supervision — being a self-starter is essential
• Contribute to a respectful, supportive workplace where open communication with coworkers and management is the standard, ensuring everyone feels comfortable communicating across the board

Qualifications

Entry-Level Candidates:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in pest control and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently
• Commitment to respectful communication with coworkers and management
• A clean driving record is preferable
• Must be able to pass a background check and comply with a drug-free workplace policy

Experienced Candidates:

• 2+ years of pest control or related technician experience
• Valid pest control license/certifications (preferred)
• Proven troubleshooting and treatment skills
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and lead projects
• Strong initiative and ability to work without direct supervision
• Commitment to respectful communication with coworkers and management
• A clean driving record is preferable
• Must be able to pass a background check and comply with a drug-free workplace policy
