Licensed Pest Control Operator / General Manager – Profit Sharing Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Pest Control Operator to join us in launching and growing a new pest control company in Jacksonville, Florida.

This is not a traditional technician position and does not require a financial investment from the candidate. We are looking for an experienced pest control professional who wants the opportunity to take a leadership role in building and operating a company without having to personally fund the startup.

Our ownership team will provide the capital, vehicles, equipment, branding, marketing, customer acquisition strategy, technology, and other resources necessary to launch and grow the business.

The selected candidate will bring the industry expertise, licensing, operational knowledge, and leadership necessary to run the pest control side of the company.

• Pest control equipment and necessary operational supplies

• Administrative and ownership support
• Capital necessary to build the operation

No capital contribution or financial investment is expected from the candidate.

Your Role

As our General Manager / Operating Partner, you will be responsible for building and overseeing the company's pest control operations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day pest control operations
• Helping establish operational procedures and service standards
• Managing and leading pest control technicians
• Recruiting, training, and supervising your field crew as the company grows
• Managing scheduling, routing, equipment, vehicles, and field operations
• Ensuring compliance with Florida pest control regulations and licensing requirements
• Maintaining high standards for service quality and customer satisfaction
• Working directly with ownership on hiring, expansion, and company growth

What We're Looking For

• Applicable Florida pest control licensing/certification necessary to oversee operations
• Professional pest control industry experience
• Strong knowledge of pest control treatments, procedures, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Leadership, management, or crew-supervision experience preferred
• Ability to build, train, and manage a high-performing field team
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Desire to help build and grow a company rather than simply work a service route

Compensation & Profit Sharing

We want the person responsible for building and running our operations to have a direct financial interest in the company's success.

In addition to agreed-upon compensation, the selected candidate will participate in a company profit-sharing program, allowing their earning potential to grow as the business grows.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced pest control professional who has the knowledge and licensing to run an operation but wants partners who will provide the capital, business infrastructure, marketing, branding, and resources needed to build it.

You bring the pest control expertise and leadership. We provide the capital and resources. Together, we build the operation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
