Pest Control Supervisor

1. Supervise and manage daily pest control operations.
2. Conduct site inspections and identify pest activity, infestation sources, and contributing factors.
3. Develop and implement effective IPM programs.
4. Select appropriate treatment methods and ensure safe and correct pesticide application.
5. Monitor treatment effectiveness and recommend corrective actions.
6. Inspect and maintain rodent bait stations and monitoring devices.
7. Prepare detailed technical reports and service recommendations.
8. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and Qatar regulations.
9. Train technicians on pest identification, treatment methods, chemical safety, and customer service.
10. Coordinate with clients, facility management teams, and operations staff.
11. Investigate recurring pest problems and provide long-term preventive solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates with advanced qualifications in Entomology or Pest Management, professional pest-control certifications, or strong technical experience in IPM and commercial pest management will be given priority.
