Pest Control Technician

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Pest Control Technician to join our small, owner-operated business servicing predominantly Byford and surrounding areas.

This role is best suited to someone already confident working independently, carrying out termite inspections and dealing directly with residential customers.

Most of our work is residential, including newer homes, established properties, acreage and termite work.

As the role is predominantly Byford based, it would best suit someone already living south of the river or within reasonable travelling distance.

Key responsibilities

• General pest treatments
• Termite inspections
• Post-construction termite treatments and management systems
• Rodent treatments
• Customer communication
• Digital reporting and photos
• Managing your own vehicle, tools and daily workload

About you

• 5+ years of pest control experience preferred

• Current full WA Pest Management Technician Licence

• Strong termite and timber pest experience

• Confident carrying out termite inspections independently

• Strong residential customer service and communication skills

• Good reporting and attention to detail

• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently

• Full C-Class Driver's Licence

• White Card

• Police clearance or ability to obtain one

What you'll get

• $80,000 – $95,000 + super, depending on experience

• 38-hour base week
• Monday to Friday
• No compulsory Saturdays
• Optional overtime during busy periods if you want to earn more
• Mostly local residential work around Byford and Perth's south-east
• Flexibility around working hours for the right person
• Direct access to the business owner
• No corporate layers or unnecessary meetings
