Duties

• Develop customized pest management plans based on inspection findings and client needs.
• Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and recommend ongoing maintenance strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments administered, inspection reports, and follow-up schedules.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during treatment procedures.
• Collaborate with property managers, facility staff, or homeowners to coordinate service visits and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify signs of pest infestations quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans and safety instructions clearly.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service appointments efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform inspections and treatments that may involve climbing ladders or working in confined spaces.
• Prior experience in retail store cleaning, hotel cleaning, educational institution cleaning, hospital cleaning, restaurant cleaning, or gym cleaning is a plus—demonstrating versatility in maintaining cleanliness standards across various environments.
• Knowledge of pest control products, safety procedures, and environmental regulations is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry best practices.
