Pest Control Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and delivering effective treatment solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and providing excellent service to customers.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity
• Develop and carry out effective treatment plans
• Apply pesticides, traps, and other treatments safely and in compliance with regulations
• Educate customers on preventative measures to reduce future pest issues
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and service-ready

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of pest control experience required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience with PestPac is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
