Pest Control Technician – Full Time

Cranbrook Pest Control is a locally owned and operated company proudly serving residential and commercial clients throughout the East and West Kootenays. We are growing and seeking a motivated, professional Pest Control Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Service a daily route in Cranbrook and surrounding communities (home every night)
• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and contributing conditions
• Access and work in areas such as attics, crawl spaces, and other confined spaces as required
• Provide clear communication and tailored treatment solutions to customers
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in clean, safe working condition
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service and/or sales experience considered an asset
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, phone, and computer)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a route
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied environments
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Base salary: $42,000–$50,000 per year
• Commission and bonus opportunities (after probation period)
