We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our growing team as a Pest Control Technician. No prior experience is required — paid training will be provided for the right candidate.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services
• Conduct termite inspections, treatments, and preventative services
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and recommendations
• Safely apply products in accordance with company procedures and state regulations
• Complete service reports accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and tools in clean working condition
• Work both independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality service

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team-player mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of:

1. Climbing ladders

2. Working in attics and crawl spaces

3. Lifting and carrying equipment/materials

4. Standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods

• Comfortable working in environments involving insects, rodents, and confined spaces
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
