Affordable Pest is hiring Pest Control Technicians in Northern Virginia who take pride in quality work and strong customer service. You’ll handle residential routes, deliver effective treatments, and earn more through uncapped performance bonuses when you consistently meet and exceed standards.

**Compensation**

• $40,000 annual base

• Uncapped bonus based on performance

• Expected total earnings of $50,000–$80,000 for solid producers

• Higher earnings possible for technicians who deliver consistent quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

**What You’ll Do**

• Service residential accounts across Northern Virginia on an assigned route

• Perform inspections and apply treatments safely and effectively

• Identify pest issues, recommend solutions, and educate homeowners on prevention

• Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures and regulations

• Deliver professional, reliable service that supports Affordable Pest’s reputation and iron-clad guarantee

• Communicate clearly with customers and coordinate with the service team as needed

**What We’re Looking For**

• Reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented

• Previous pest control experience is preferred but not required (training is provided)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route

• Comfortable with the physical demands of the job (climbing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in attics and crawl spaces)

• Willingness to obtain any required licenses
